Justin was easy to work with and gave a road map to navigate the process. He responded quickly and answered all my questions.

Justin made the process easy and was great at explaining the process as we went. I highly recommend him.

My experience was great largely due to Justin. He was helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His positive attitude, sacrifice, dedication and attentiveness really stood out.

I believe we had some early communication breakdowns that made it difficult to restore a level of repoire and mutual understanding .

Communication and the willingness to work with me and answer all of my questions, seeing as I am still new to the process. Typically, very quick in responses (texts) and patient to explain everything during phone calls when additional information...
