My loan processors and the underwriting department were unorganized, didn’t know what they wanted from me and were unresponsive. I also received a higher than the prevailing market interest rate. Will never use AmerSave again and won’t recommend...

try to be more up front on everything and less confusion making things upsetting there was a lot of double talk and frustration I do thank you people but I would not use Amerisave ever again....
