UPDATE 2020- I came back to RMS for a 203k refi reno loan. Worked with Julie again, Tina, and Ryan and the were amazing again!- Even with COVID hitting us two weeks into the process when appraisers couldnt work the team kept pushing forward....

Julie was so amazing to work with!! Whenever I had a question wether it had been 6am or 10pm she was there to answer it! She explained everything step by step and made me and my husbands first time buying a home such an AWESOME experience!
