Hi Linda, getting a mortgage does require a LOT of documentation & also a lot of patience. I wish that it was in my power to remove a lot of that documentation to make it easier for clients. Unfortunately, these are federal guidelines and regulations...

This was a challenging client and Julia handled her with finesse and got it to the finish line (twice actually due to another deal being terminated by the client after clear to close)
