This is a re-fi on a house, not a free trip to Hawaii on a chartered plane. I have bought sold several homes. It is never great. It is time consuming, the underwriter always need more info after the initial request and it is never fast enough....

In the end I got a great rate. I was patient and hopeful that rates would decline and the loan would be finished and it did.
