The loan process took FOREVER! I like JR but not the process to get to underwriting without an appraisal. Come on!

Smooth refinance process beginning to end
I was a bit concerned about paying the application fee up front with a floating rate. Everything happened as J.R. stated and we got a very good rate. Process was very easy and we closed in 38 days. I would highly recommend Amerisave.
