Joy and Julie both were great at communicating the requirements needed to complete this process.
I felt we that I was in the hands of a competent and caring person. She made me feel like family.
I had two weeks to close after my previous lender failed to get stuff done, and Joy still managed to get it done on time!
Great people to work with answer my questions fast and very helpful.
Joy was/is the best when it came to answering any and all of the questions we had. She was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything so we knew exactly what was going on. She is very prompt in any of her responses.
What made our experience great was Joy’s promptness and knowledge in answering any and all questions we had. Her amazing communication skills when we needed something from her or vise versa, and the experience as a whole overall.
