Very upfront with the process. No surprises. Courteous and professional (Josiah and staff).

Easy communication and cordial rapport. Upfront and available pretty much any time of day.

The amount of knowledge Josiah had on everything we asked him about was amazing and very helpful.

Josiah was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and answered them all thoroughly. He did a great job of keeping me updated through the entire process.
