Josiah Phillips

Easy to talk to and explained the whole process. Very friendly!

He was always there whenever I called and was a great help

Josiah made the process of buying a home on a tight timeline very easy. He answered my numerous questions and helped with every step along the way. His assistant, Lakyn was also a huge help! I will be telling anyone buying a home in this area...

The process was fairly painless as far home loans go.

Josiah was very helpful. He answered all my questions that I had. He was extremely informative and for any home purchases going forward, this’ll be my go to lender!

Very helpful and responsive. Thanks Josiah

Very attentive and ready to answer any questions with his extensive knowledge. Always responded to all text and calls promptly.

Josiah went above and beyond in communicating with us through the process. He was prompt in responding to inquiries and professional throughout.

Very personable, knowledgable and easy to work with. At no point during the process did I feel like I didn’t have someone I could ask questions about the process or advice.

Josiah and the entire team made the loan process so easy and fast! I still can't believe we were clear to close in under 3 weeks!!!
