We were so glad Josh came to closing. We had an issue with the financials and things had to be adjusted, and he was able to make sure things were going smoothly from the closing table. Grateful for his presence!

Initial rate was not competitive, had to shop it around, then Josh was able to get back to me with a more competitive rate.
