Joshua helped us refinance my mortgage. He explained every detail that we needed to know, follow up on documents wells. Overall, He is good one to work with.
Competent, flexible, accurate. Wasn't always sure of the timeline of events/deadlines for info. Josh was quick to respond, researched a prior appraisal fee & properly applied the credit.
Josh and his office were easy to work with, quick to respond to questions, and very efficient. If you wanted specific details or run downs on things, he was happy to help, but he didn't bog you down with details unless you asked.
