Josh Weisberg

Josh Weisberg is Coverage Counsel at SterlingRisk, where he is adept at resolving coverage disputes between policyholder clients and carrier partners. In that capacity, he has helped clients recover millions of dollars from their policies where claims were initially denied. Josh also provides SterlingRisk clients with general litigation and claims handling advice as well as guidance concerning risk transfer strategies and other loss control techniques. Prior to joining SterlingRisk in 2014, Josh spent approximately ten years serving as outside counsel to insurance companies and policyholders in connection with a broad range of insurance issues involving personal as well as commercial lines coverages. While at Wilson Elser, Josh seconded to a Lloyd’s syndicate where he assisted in the supervision of declaratory judgment matters involving the interpretation of errors & omissions and commercial general liability policies.  In addition, Josh has served as counsel to international and domestic insurers.
