The approval was quick and simple. Josh answered all of my questions and was always readily available when I needed him.
Josh was very responsive and communicative.
We had a experience working with Josh. Being first time home buyers, There was some things I needed further explanations on and Josh always made sure to answer my questions thoroughly.
I so glad working with Josh Sommerfield he is always answer all mi question it was so great working with him.
There were documents in our final signing papers that were composed by him, which contained my credit information and profile information. Josh never advised me that he would create such a document.
Other than that, there were no issues.
Josh is our go to lender. He surpasses my expectations every time. I truly appreciate him and his knowledge and professionalism each time we work together.
