I can’t say enough great things about Josh and his team. They were super organized, extremely, knowledgeable, and always followed up quickly. We even closed early on an already tight deadline. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Josh did a fantastic job helping us navigate the home buying process. We were first time home buyers and he was there for us every step of the way.
Josh put a lot of hard work into getting us our home loan and was very accommodating with our budget and plan. I appreciated the willingness to work with a WHEDA loan without judgment or pressure to do a conventional.
He was on top of things and very available to me for questions. He was able to provide me with lots of information when I had questions and help better direct me on making decisions!
