Guild Mortage is the best. They are proactive and explain the process every step of the way. We have used them for every mortgage transaction...including refinance...for 36 years.
We have used Guild Mortgage, or more accuratly, Brad Hansen and his team for each and every home purchase since we moved to Oregon 36 years ago. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!
