He was very responsive and helpful! He took great care in ensuring we were aware of our responsibilities and obligations.

Josh was great, informative and attentive to our needs. However weren't prepared for all the emails and contact from others within the company. A VA checklist would have been helpful.

Josh was great answered every question we had through the process even stuff that was foreign to us for this being our first buy.. he really has the patience lol but all in all he was awesome and definitely recommend him to other people..
