Joseph was very helpful by answering all questions that i had. He wasnt pushy and got me the lowest possible rate. I was in talks with other refinance companies and they couldn't compare with the rate i got with Amerisave.

He has since purchased and sold numerous properties and has a few rental properties in his portfolio.
