Joseph was very helpful and attentive.
It was good to have a few refinance options, and I was well informed about how to get the lowest possible mortgage interest rate as well as the lowest possible payment each month.
Communication was not great and very sporadic. Also, it seemed the majority of the work was done on weekends. I would send emails throughout the week asking questions or uploading documents, however would be bombarded on the weekends to submit...
