Everything was very straight forward. Amerisave beat other rates by 0.75%. Process went incredibly quick. There were no surprises along the way. What I was quoted is what I received. Great experience!
There were several issues that popped up during our loan process. There was a lack of communication during a crucial time of the approval process and some misinformation given.

Joseph was so wonderful to work with! He was able to answer my many questions, and always went above and beyond. I’m a nurse and have a busy work schedule, and he was able to work with my schedule. Thank you Joseph! You are the best!

The service, process and communication were excellent. We closed in 21 days and I am very happy.
Everything was great at the beginning, but after we got our approval and came back to seek advice after our offer for a house got accepted everything went downhill. As our closing date was approaching it got harder and harder to reach Joseph....
