More communication after you did negotiations. Felt like we had to constantly call for items on contract that was wrong. When we were at the point of signing had to call to get the notary information and still some of the paperwork was wrong....

He has since purchased and sold numerous properties and has a few rental properties in his portfolio. He is married with a six-year-old daughter and when he s not playing dolls with his daughter, you can find him renovating one of his properties.
