    Communication and responsiveness was extremely lacking. More consultation is needed up front so both sides understand exactly what is needed and when it is needed to ensure all goals are met and everything is executed smoothly.

    Joe graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and is a registered CPA. After graduation, he worked for the international accounting firm, KPMG, as an auditor and then moved to the regional firm, Andrews, Hooper and Pavlik. He joined the mortgage team that is now part of Dart Bank in 2003, where he has 20 years of experience as a mortgage banker.
