Communication with Joe is amazing. He is knows his clients, his files and works to help everyone and follows it through to the end. I am always able to connect with him he is a wealth of knowledge and amazing caring lender!

Joe was very responsive and the fact that the loan for my buyers was beyond the pre-approval stage and was fully underwritten was the reason my buyers offer stood out and was accepted over all the other offers.

The help & personalities were GREAT, it was the DocuSign system that could be better suited. My Buyer's Realtor had a different document signing program. I had no problem with that one... ? I can't recall

The process was simplified and streamlined. There were no errors or anything that had to be corrected. The Joe was very transparent, presented options and was able to work around my odd work schedule. He was prompt to reach out and take calls...

Joe always goes the extra mile to get the job

Mr. Joe and his team was personable, informative and eagar to help. They also made me feel very comfortable with asking as many questions as I needed to understand what was going on at each stage.
