Jose, was the first lender to explain the process prior to beginning. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I appreciate his way he facilitate the entire process.
Could not fulfill the loan himself and caused further delays after initial HOA delays. But we finally got closed and he did come through so all ended fine.
Jose was amazing through the whole process. Communicated everything that was needed and was a phone call away to answer any wuesfioms we had! Definitely 5 star treatment!
