The entire process really went seamless. There were a few hiccups, but that's to be expected and we worked through those with no problems.

Jose did a great job! As a first time home buyer, the process could be a lot but Jose was patient, communicative, and clear. Incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process and very helpful in explaining things.

Try to ask for every possible document ahead of time to prevent the borrower from having to take multiple days off work to obtain documents that could've been obtained at the first request.
