He made the entire process very smooth and hassle free.

Professional communication and efficient loan process

A lot of delays in the apraisal. Lack of communication from clerk requesting information overall too long of a process, lots of fits and starts.

I'm sure that Jose and his team are very knowledgeable, however from the very beginning he made me feel like he was not being up front or honest with me. He over explained the little things in great detail over and over which I found insulting....

I think I just got unlucky with the fact that I got a new loan coordinator a week before moving that made it stressful. But the experience before all that was amazing with everyone’s patience.

The patience and the understanding through this whole process was perfect.
