It would of been nice for underwriting to catch things first hand even the LO stated that was a big issue, it delayed the close and buyer was very upset.

Jose and his team helped to navigate the rapids along the river, as well as the calm areas. There were a few issues with communication with my agent, but they were quickly resolved. I had full faith and trust in his team.

The process was overall very smooth and we didn’t hit any speed bumps until the end. I feel like communication could have been a lot better. It’s difficult to communicate and have a connection with a lot of people compared to 1 on 1.

We ran into a challenge situation during the last week of closing. But Jose and his team worked very hard and we managed to close the deal in a timely manner. Without his team, I am sure that we might have a difficult time to close the transition....

The two way communication were great. Great responding on email and text message in a short period of time. All of my questions were answered and I have a great experience working with the Molina team for my home purchase.
