No communication on revealing that loan would not make closing date followed by poor estimation of and delay of actual closing date with poor excuses as to why. Was told it was delayed because the lender was a "big company" as if my loan wasn't...

Hi Brittany, we apologize for this brief delay. This was a Down Payment Assistance program through CalHFA and turn times are unpredictable. Although it is an amazing program with little or no money down, we can never guarantee a closing date...
