Very smooth process for our refinance. Jordan was quick to respond and love the process along quickly.
After $500 NON REFUNDABLE FEE is paid he does not care. He starts the business great until you have been charged, then expect just below average service, delayed responses and no responsability
I had an excellent experience with this refinance, a big thanks to Jordan Thies for his hard work!
Mr. Theis did not share the status of my refinance request. The tactics were deny, delay and
avoid any contact. Nothing was done to further the refinance process , I would not recommend Mr. Theis to anyone wanting to do business him.
