Jordan saved the day! My clients had a preapproval and accepted offer with a different lender. 3 days before close they told us it was no longer able to be funded. This was a huge problem as my clients were about to be homeless with children....

The day before a scheduled closing the buyer's lender (not Guild) would not perform on the loan. Jordan and his team took over and "closed" the deal in 7 days - start to finish! Amazing work and diligence.
