Jon was extremely responsive and detailed in his service. Made the whole process go very smoothly. Made me seem like his top priority.
Jonathan was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. When ever I texted or call if he wasn’t available he would get back to me.
Jonathon kept me up to date on my refinance with cash out loan. He answered my questions and messages promptly. I appreciated his willingness to keep me informed.
There were too many people working on this one loan. That led to a lot of miscommunication.
