I have purchased 4 homes and this process seemed a bit too invasive. I know Jon didn't create the process and he was just following the process. I did not see an option for "good" and that is how I would rate my experience.
We had a great experience working with Jonathan.
Jonathan was prompt to reply to all our questions. While the underwriting process was ridiculous we appreciated all of Jonathan’s help in getting our mortgage.
