Great experience and solid customer service . Very quick responding and answering questions.
I found Jonathan to be helpful, patient and answered all of my questions. Veronica was also extremely helpful in ensuring she had all the documentation needed to keep the process moving.
Submitting the appropriate appraisal in a timely manner would have been beneficial for closing.
