    you guys never stopped including us in the process. the staff was so welcoming to my calls and concerns and we got the house closed in the end. you guys worked with us as far as finances and that was a lifesaver!!

    There was a lack of communication and slow response time... multiple factors on the lender side caused a delay in closing three times.
