I work in title and only wish all the loans I have to close went a smoothly as mine did with this company and staff. I would give more stars if I could.
The refinance process was seamless.
Overall we had a great experience. Billie was always a big help through both good and tough times. The Jonathan Arnold team was professional and offered the mortgage products we were looking for.
Due to some issues with the condo association getting this mortgage was not easy. But Jon and Billie were always in communication with me and they made the process as stress free as possible for me. I appreciate so much all of the hard work...
