everything was taken care of me and I didn't have to worry about anything:)
had to ask for more than one extension. much higher than expected closing costs and interests rate for client. little to no communication, especially at the end towards closing. client reported loan was sold immediately and was not happy.
The communication, availability to answer questions, and guidance.
