As with most mortgage companies, the processing was not complete when closing was upon us and the only delays were caused by the final underwriter. Such drama at the last moment is unnecessary and unprofessional.
Jon was clearly very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. He made the entire process as easy as possible.
