I sent think to one person and then had to send them again to an underwriter it was double work. i was given the wrong amount for the closing cost wire and had to drive 40 min to send another wire for $5 before they would close.

Jon is very professional, patient, and detailed in dealing with customers. I never felt rushed throughout the entire loan process. Jon answered all of my questions and was always there to help if needed.

Jon Locklin was outstanding, but the process of approving our loan was not something I would put people through again. Without Jon involved I would have looked for a different mortgage loan.
