Jon ALWAYS responds in a timely manner and he is very informative and pleasant to work with!

I was really nervous about the loan amount (knew we had the money in our retirement accounts, but...). I feel like John held my hand through the whole process and was very reassuring and supportive. I think he is exceptional at his job.
