There were just a lot of hiccups in the proces. don't necessarily blame Jon so much but but getting to finish line was a little painful

Aaron, I really appreciate this feedback...I have passed along what we learned to the processors, underwriters, and closers to ensure we learn, grow, and get better so the next time is much smoother.
some of the information would have been helpful sooner example Dale and I needed to be married, definitely not how i wanted to be married, other than that good.
