Overall, a very smooth process. Common sense underwriting and just on top of their game. Joli, is very easy to work and a credit to Freedom. I know we will do business for years to come.

Freedom offered fantastic rates, but service levels and turn times increased a result. I'm a realist; just as you have to wait in line to get into a popular restaurant, we had to wait more time to close w/ a popular lender.
Joli is the best and we are very lucky to have her on our team!
Joli is fantastic. She always gets back to us in a timely fashion. Underwriting turn time are an issue that will hopefully be addressed sooner rather than later.
Joli is amazing and the just okay rating is not about her. 15+ day setup on an IRRRL is way too slow because we have veterans sitting around waiting to hear something (even though we prepped them for slow times) and that makes them anxious...
