Jolene was awesome! She was helpful, quick and thorough with my refinance! I was able to do everything remotely and there were no hang ups or delays.
Jolene is kind, professional and understands the mortgage business and what my needs were. I can't emphasize enough how important this was for me. I've dealt with a lot of mortgage folks in my lifetime and none compare to Jolene.
We have used Jolene for several property purchases and refinances. She makes the process very smooth. She is sharp as a tack and doesn't miss a thing. Very efficient and detail oriented. We wouldn't use anyone else!
