The process was very easy and user-friendly.
Johnny was transparent and always available whenever I had a question about the process of my loan. I would highly recommend him to anyone undergoing the same process.
During some processes, actually, not relating to Johnny Zamora worked on, there were some communication lapses. In addition, I understand the want to complete processes by end of month close but doing so, created a lot of confusion and delay....

Ease of signing documents and communication
Johnny and Miranda were very knowledgeable and informative and they kept me in the loop through the entire process.
Johnny never left my side. Alllllll emails answered promptly. Was able to get what I wanted.
Don't make everything so urgent. Always felt pressured to return everything immediately. And get your story straight. Don't think you meant to mislead us, but often felt like the story would change for no reason.
