The process was very easy and the people I worked with were great!
Better communication regarding details of the loan requirements and a polite response when asked questions. Many unexpected roadblocks throughout the process and defensive tone when asked about detailed explanations.
Goodleap gave me a loan. It was sold before the first payment. Then, before the first payment, it was sold again. I like knowing my lender and having a trusted relationship. I would have been a loyal customer. I didn't deserve that.
Can't actually give a complete review because the refinance isn't complete. Haven't received payment paperwork or link to site to pay.
