John was great walked us through the process a procuring a home loan. There was much we didn't understand. He was quick to respond to all the questions we had. While buying a home was undoubtedly stressful. He put our minds at ease.

John was very forthcoming with information and explained a lot of details that loan officers at other companies did not explain unless explicitly asked. Additionally, the appraisal fee was waived, which other companies did not offer to do.
