John was very direct and timely in his responses/answers to anything that came up. He was also very flexible to support our needs as we worked across many times zones and compressed schedules. Thank you!
Communication! The processor, Tara, did an awesome job! She took care of all the details and kept me informed all along the way. John was great about keeping me informed as well and always answered my questions right away.
John was very clear about everything I needed to accomplish, and then all of the potential hangups and pitfalls as we moved along. He was also available for a phone call absolutely anytime I needed.
All my concerns were handled in a timely manner. John was very helpful in guiding us through this and patient when explaining the process.
John always kept me in the loop with all aspects of our relationship and I liked knowing that nothing was being missed.
