John was very responsive to my questions and helpful through the process. John took care of things in the background and made it a very smooth experience with no surprises.
Communication was spot on.
I get so many emails on a daily basis and that sometimes makes it difficult for me to identify the important ones from Weichert. Instead of a follow up email, perhaps a call would work better if something is needed.
The process went generally smooth with prompt responses to questions.
John was very knowledgeable and willing to assist us in any way he could.
John was very responsive and made himself available for assistance and advice on weekends when necessary.
