We needed to act fast on the new condo offer and Howard Hannah Mortgage worked with us over the holiday weekend to start the pre-approval process. It made the difference.

John is extremely knowledgeable and his team is always on top of things. As long as you get the tasks they require done in a timely manner you can close rather quickly. Howard Hanna is fantastic

After all these years, he still loves what he does - From working with the First Time Homebuyer to his clients coming back to finance their 2nd, 3rd & 4th home.
