John has always been open about the refinancing process and transparent about fees, etc. Being able to do 90% of the process electronically is very helpful also.

There were a few communication issues on the front end, but after speaking to Mr. Phillip's about it directly, the process went very quickly and everyone was super pleasant to work with.
