ease of process. kindness of everyone.
My problem was with questions I had, I'd contact John, he forward to one of team and sometimes I got my answers others I did not, overall, the whole process was good, I was confused to amts being financed, but was finally explained too.
Everyone always told us this would be a stressful time, but this team made it so easy and everyone was super nice! We thank you so so much!!
John Phillips always answers his phone and if he isn’t able to answer, he will call you right back or have one of his assistants call you. I find him and his group to be very trust worthy.
