John and his staff are friendly, work well across departments when helping us convert a construction loan into a mortgage, adapted quickly to changes in circumstances, and went the extra mile to make it out work and providing us options.
Excellent customer service from the entire team! Able to process the loan in less than 3 weeks which is unheard of. Thank you!
